holy hell, I dont know if Im just a new level of bad or what, used to be good at this game but came back and cant beat lv 4, mp being reduced to 4 and having an enemy that can heal 8hp and damge 8hp seems crazy, seeming as I could only possible do 10 damage per turn. Yet not have the insane heal boost (keep in mind I have every weakness so far in lv 3, so its not like Im not using em) Just seems like something happened an a update cuz I cant beat this game lv. And I clear each floor before continuing so Im at hp 35 by the time I get to floor 3, yet I still cant beat it
Slight glitch(?) where a note being too close to an enemy blocks the combat. I thought the game bugged out for a second. Just pressing space fixes it though.

I'm trying to wrap up this version to release it in march. Definitely bit off more than I could chew and got discouraged multiple times, but the game is not abadoned!
Hi AngelFox! Sometimes beasts drop a piece of meat that restores a couple SP. Leveling up will restore it to full. There are also cards that drain SP. You can unlock one of them by choosing the correct reply against the "Male Fantasy" beast
so sorry about that! I was messing with discord integration when I made this update, it turned out it was not a good idea for an adult game. Gonna remove it in the next update.

looks pretty good so far and I could see it being pretty good, I would like it if more cards had additional effects, like "harden" increasing the damage of cock based cards and whatnot haha
that way there is a lot more combo potential and such

This game is a great take on the roguelike cardgame genre. I liked the atomsphere, the art (having the larger sprites come out in grey monotone felt stylish), and the music fit as well.
I wasn’t quite able to read the text of each card properly the first go around but once you gain them it becomes clear.
I was really looking forward to trying this but after pressing new game it either completely breaks webpage entirely forcing me to restart or puts me on an infinite purple screen with nothing happening, hope this gets fixed at some point
Tengus appear some point after the third floor, and you need their move on the third floor to beat the Oni that always blocks the way to the staircase.
You can have fights in which all four of the cards that you can play are absolutely useless, and you can't have only one card type selected at a time, making it easy to lose without having the slightest chance.
There is only about a 75% chance that you leave the first floor with the Clench ability, so sometimes you have no change against Fantasy Males, by default.
Some enemies, that exist on lower-leveled floors, will spawn with higher SP than it says they can, when you move up. (i.e. 20/15) Likely related to other enemies on that floor having 20/20 SP.
You can't view what a card does (besides color) outside of battle, nor see the specifics of said card like you do when you first get it.
The Sound Effects control level doesn't change.
The SP counter visually resets to 20/20 every time you change floors, but when you open the V menu, you can see the correct amount.
Yes, I've tried and tried again to defeat the Oni. The hour I've put into it has produced absolutely nothing.
And apologies if any of the wording seems harsh; I initially began this a a frustrated rant, then reworded it before adding onto it and posting it.

They don't end, you'll see new enemies until floor 7, I think, with Onis and Tengus. After that it's just more of the same

Unlucky :/ You should be able to use the new cards. Press "V" to open the menu. Click one of the "Locked" card slots and select the new card.
All works! I just didn't know about it before
Oh I did notice, though, that skipping dialogue prevents you from unlocking cards (at least for Intimidate)

No, if you play for long enough. you will see unique level (for boss it seems) and some levels later there will just be level without trapdoor.

It should be endless, but if I remember correctly there is only new stuff up to floor 7, when Onis start spawning.

there is no save option yet. The game is changing a lot from version to version, so you would lose your save file :/
